Thank you for choosing PocketWisp! Below is everything you need to know about our shipping process, delivery times, and policies.

Processing Time

  • Ready-to-ship products: Dispatched within 3–5 business days.
  • Made-to-order or custom products: Processing time usually takes 10–20 business days depending on the item’s complexity.

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We offer international shipping mainly to the United States and Europe, as well as other selected countries.

  • Shipping Carrier:
    We use YunExpress for most orders.
    Once the package arrives in your country, it may be handed over to carriers such as UPS, DHL, or your local postal service for final delivery.
  • Delivery Time:
    Standard delivery usually takes 7–15 business days after dispatch.
    Delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs clearance.
  • Shipping Fee:
    • Free Shipping on Orders Over $50 USD
    • $3.99 USD shipping fee for orders under $50 USD
  • PO Box & Parcel Lockers:
    We can ship to PO Boxes or parcel lockers.

Customs & Import Taxes

We declare packages with a low value to help minimize the chance of customs duties. However, import taxes or customs fees may still occur depending on your country’s policies. Buyers are responsible for any applicable charges. We appreciate your understanding.

Address Accuracy & Re-delivery Fees

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided and the package needs to be re-delivered, we will charge an additional $3.99 USD re-shipping fee.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked as “delivered” by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
