Return & Refund Policy

At PocketWisp, we take pride in our handcrafted creations and want you to be happy with your order. However, if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must:

  • Be unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • Be returned in its original packaging
  • Include photos of the item (we require photo confirmation before approving a return)

Once your return is approved, we will provide the return address. Please do not send your item back without contacting us first.

Non-Returnable Items

Custom or made-to-order items are not eligible for return.

This includes:

  • Handcrafted custom necklaces
  • One-of-a-kind bracelets
  • Any product marked as “Custom” or “Made for you”

We appreciate your understanding, as each of these items is made specially and cannot be resold.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Refused or Unclaimed Parcels

If a package is refused or not picked up by the customer and returned to us, we will refund the order amount minus the shipping cost.

Damaged or Problem Orders

If your item arrives damaged, incorrect, or with defects, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We offer:

  • Partial refunds for minor issues
  • Replacements or full refunds for significant damage or incorrect items
