1. What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept:

2. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location. Shipping estimates will be shown at checkout.

3. How long does it take to receive my order?

  • Ready-to-ship products: Typically dispatched within 3–5 business days.
  • Made-to-order or custom products: Processing time varies, usually 10–20 business days depending on the item.

Once shipped, standard international delivery usually takes 7–15 business days.

4. Can I return or exchange my order?

Ready-made products: You may return items within 30 days of receiving them. Return shipping is at the customer’s expense.

Custom or made-to-order products: These items are non-returnable and non-refundable due to their personalized nature.

5. What should I do if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Make sure to include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged or incorrect item

We will review and offer a solution: replacement, partial refund, or full refund depending on the situation.

6. Are your products handmade?

Yes. All PocketWisp products are carefully handcrafted, making each piece unique. Slight variations in color, shape, or texture are natural and part of the charm of handmade items.

7. Can I customize my order?

We do accept custom requests! Please contact us with your idea, and we’ll let you know if it’s possible. Custom orders typically take longer to produce.

8. How do I care for my PocketWisp jewelry or accessories?

To keep your pieces looking their best:

  • Avoid prolonged exposure to water, perfumes, and chemicals
  • Store in a dry place away from direct sunlight
  • Handle with care as handmade items can be delicate
